Conflict and communication
When every conversation turns into the same fight, or no one talks at all.
Home / Family therapy
Support for families working through conflict, generational trauma and the life changes that affect connection and communication.

How family work feels
Sessions focus on building healthier patterns, boundaries and emotional safety for every family member.
Families often arrive having already decided who the “problem” is. Family therapy gently widens the lens to the patterns, roles and stories that everyone is carrying, so change becomes something you do together.
Family, identity, belonging and resilience are not abstract to me. I’m an adoptive mom, and I’ve spent years advocating for children as a Guardian ad Litem.
All family structures are welcome: blended families, chosen families, co-parents, adult children and their parents, and families with more than two parents.
What families bring
When every conversation turns into the same fight, or no one talks at all.
Noticing what got handed down, and deciding together what to keep.
New roles, old patterns, and everyone trying to belong at the same table.
Moves, separations, new siblings, adult children, aging parents.
Emotional safety and clear, kind boundaries for every member.
Identity, belonging and connection in families built in many ways.
